UNRULY JUVENILEUNASSIGNED On July 6, 2026, I responded to 3306 Sun Crest Dr. regarding an unruly juvenile. Upon arrival, I spoke with Ms. Bertha Walker. Ms. Walker advised that one of the juveniles in her care, Mr. Quinton Wilson, had been acting up and throwing rocks. Mr. Wilson was taken aside by Deputy Brooks, who gave the child a stern talking to. I informed Ms. Walker that Georgia allows for corporal punishment and advised her to punish her children. Nothing follows.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS DAMAGE TO PROPERTY16-7-21(A) On July 6th, 2026 at approximately 1944 hours, I responded to a report of property damage at the listed location. Upon my arrival, I made contact with the complainant, Gladys Bartolo Geron. She stated someone came onto her property without permission between 2200 hours on 7/5/26 and 1130 hours on 7/6/26 and damaged her pool. She stated the unknown individual(s) also poured motor oil on her vehicles. After a brief investigation, a report was completed for documentation at the complainants request.

OBSTRUCTION OF LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS -16-10-24(A) On 7/6/26 at approximately 2108 hours, I was dispatched to 22933 US 80 East regarding an unruly juvenile.
In 2013, a new law took effect in Georgia prohibiting commercial sites from charging fees to remove inaccurate mug shots. The law also barred law enforcement agencies from releasing mug shots to sites that charge a fee. As a result of the changes, a photo may be removed in some instances.
