A recent profanity and violence-laced public tirade by a police officer in the City of Guyton is the fault of the public, police chief James Breletic says.
That’s what public documents obtained by TGV last week via an Open Records Request show.
In October, after a social media post illustrating the high volume of TikTok videos created by Guyton Officer Derrian Williams while in uniform and on-duty, Williams took to TikTok Live once again to ‘send a message to his haters. In it, he rapped, while in uniform in his patrol car, lyrics about getting ‘getting raped by an ape,’ ‘crashing into a bus full of retarded kids,’ and other vulgar and profane lines.
But after an investigation by the police chief, the city’s conclusion is that the public made Williams behave that way by pointing out that he had a TikTok in the first place.

When a commenter said ‘do some work,’ Williams responded by saying “”mind ya f*ckin business.”
